Installing flash player in Firefox - Ubuntu is pretty simple..
Open the terminal and type the following command.
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
Close the terminal and launch Firefox.. Now flash player should work in the browser.. Open Youtube.com or any site that has flash embedded in it :)
